1) Where is The Barnyard Gifts Located ? The Barnyard Gifts is a division of KBA Investment Group and is located in Albany, Oregon.
2) Do you carry products in stock or do you only drop ship? We normally carry items in stock and ship from our location in Oregon. However, in order to expedite out of stock items and special order items we may choose to drop ship from the manufacturer.
3) I received an error message when I tried to process my order, what's wrong? The most common error is from entering a mailing address that does not match the billing address held by the credit card processing company. For security reasons, the credit card processing company requires a matching address. It's important to note that your credit card has not been charged. To correct the problem and process your order simply make sure the mailing address and the billing address on file with your credit card company match.
4) How safe is my credit card information on your site? The Barnyard Gifts takes your security and privacy very seriously. When your order is processed the information is passed to Authorize.net utilizing 128-bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption technology for all transactions involving sensitive customer data. site is secure. If you do not see this lock in a secure section of our or any other website the site and your data is not secure!! The Barnyard Gifts uses SSL protection for all user registration, login and payment processing (note: will only see the lock in the browser status bar on these pages).
7) Do you charge sales tax? No. Oregon does not impose a general sales/use/transaction tax. Keep in mind that most states and localities have a sales tax. Alaska, Delaware, Hawaii, Montana, New Hampshire and Oregon do not have a sales tax.
